Then click on "Change password" which you find in the right column. Choose a password that suits you and your store before the next login. Don't forget to click "Save" when you complete your change!

No, preferably not. In first hand we ask you to send us back only full boxes of empty gas cylinders. Although all the cylinders we receive are counted manually in our warehouse and a credit invoice is created based on how many you sent to us, there is a risk that your credit will be wrong if you send back a different number than what fits in a box.

No, in first hand we ask you to return your empty gas cylinders in only original boxes from SodaStream. In an exceptional case you may use other boxes, but we cannot guarantee that all cylinders will be received correctly by our warehouse and that these will be approved for credit. If you wish to order empty boxes, please contact us at order@sodastream.se.

When you send back empty gas cylinders to us, it is important that our warehouse receive and may scan all the labels on these, in order for us to create a credit note for you. If the return is not prepared and labeled correctly, there is a risk that the shipment might be lost during transportation. Should boxes disappear due to not been prepared correctly/not used all shipping labels, there is a risk that your credit will be denied or delayed.

SE/NO: Less than 5 boxes: In a return of anything between 1 or 5 boxes, each box needs an individual label.
More than 5 boxes: All boxes needs to be placed on a pallet and must be wrapped up with plastic into one shipment. You will only need one label when sending back more than 5 boxes.

After your booking has been done, it will take between 1-5 days, depending on where your store is located, for our transport company to pick up your shipping. It is important to immediately prepare your shipment when the booking has been done in the portal. If the shipment would not be picked up within 5 days, please contact us on cylinder@sodastream.se.

After placing an order in the portal, this will enter our order system. Once your order has been handled by us, an automatic order acknowledgment with the delivery date will be sent out to you. If you wish to change email address for order confirmation, please contact us at order@sodastream.se.

Yes, it is very important that all labels are printed and properly attached to your shipping. If you do not prepare and attach all the labels correctly, there is a risk that a part of your credit will be denied. This is due to lost during transport or that our warehouse is not able to match them with your return.

This field must be filled in with a reference number in order for your finance department to be able to match the return with the credit invoice that is created. If you finance department do not require any reference number, it perfectly suitable to use for example your name or the date you make the booking. If you would miss adding the correct reference number, please contact us at cylinder@sodastream.se for further assistance in the matter.

No, it is possible to click past this step. This is only if the person creating the booking does not have access to the mobile number or email address with which the account is created. If something is to be filled in in these boxes, that information will not be the default in the future, but only applies to this specific booking. Please change your default settings via "Administration"> "Edit users".

If you recently sent back gas cylinders but lack a credit, this may be because these have still not been received and registered at our warehouse. Once the cylinders have been registered in our warehouse, a credit will be sent to you immediately. The case then ends up in status approved in the Cylinder portal and you will then be able to see a copy of your credit under "Issue".

This may occur if we are not able to scan all shipping labels when we receive them at our warehouse or if they disappeared during transport due to incorrect packing/all shipping labels were not used. Please send us an email with receipt no to cylinder@sodastream.se so we may help you in the matter. For this reason, it is important that all shipping labels are printed and attached properly to your shipment. Should you fail to label certain boxes in your shipment, there is a risk that credit for these will not be created for you.

Shipping number is the ID number of the shipment. This number is used to identify and track your return. SodaStream uses this number to scan and register your cylinders when delivered to our warehouse. In order for a complete credit to be created, it is important that your return has been correctly labeled and that all required shipping labels have been used.

No, if you accidentally book a return pickup or place an order that you do not wish to receive, please contact us immediately by phone number +46 (0) 8-586 30 400. Please note that SodaStream is not responsible for whether an order is accidentally created and sent out if you forget to cancel this.

Yes, it is possible to send back other cylinders than our SodaStream original ones. You may put these mixed together in a box as all cylinders are counted manually when received in to our warehouse.
